5:15 am- corn flakes (vegan of course!) w/ fortified sweetened soy milk
and half a bottle of water
9:40 am- piece of fruit and half a bottle of water
11:40 am- a vegan burger (vegan sourdough bagel with a vegan buger pattie with
ketchup, pickles, mustard, and soy mayo) and a bottle of water
3:00 pm- 2 fruits and half a bottle of water
6:30 pm- rice, veggies (usually broccoli, string beans, and cauliflower),
tofu or seitan and a bottle of water
8:30 pm- piece of fruit and half a bottle of water
