Breakfast: bread (with some soy spread) and vegetables
Snack: cereal bar, apple or banana, bread with marmalade...
Lunch: rice with soy "meat" and vegetables
Snack: oranges, biscuits
Dinner: I usually donīt eat dinner. Rather, I snack on fruits, soy yoghurts, cereals with soymilk, etc. a few times in the evening. I like to eat just one big meal a day (lunch) so I have several snacks instead of a big dinner.
