Breakfast: cereal ("Total") with soymilk and a banana with calcium fortified orange juice to drink
Snack: granola bar
Lunch: Eggplant Rounds (A recipe from the Teen's Vegetarian Cookbook by Judy Krizmanic) with spaghetti and I also had an orange. To drink-- water
Snack: grapes and some unsalted peanuts
Dinner: Stir-fry with brown rice, veggies, and tofu
