Some pages are blank, allowing you to create, dream and write. The other pages are filled with brightly colored paintings created by very creative artists. Journal ideas are also on these pages in case the good ole writers block has popped into your mind, dampening your creative flow.

If you love to write or would love to start writing, Chill and Spill is the best choice. It encourages you to write what you are feeling. It's pages act more as a punching bad if angry, a lover if in love, and a tissue if sad. Chill and Spill is a must for all you creative ones out there. Not only do you get to express yourself but you get to become one with the art, and feel what the artist felt.

My chill and spill journal sits on my night stand waiting for me to pick up before I go to sleep, or if I feel extra creative. When I write in my journal I usually use it for journal entries or use its pages to write short stories.
