Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup ground nuts and/or seeds
- 1 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. shredded coconut
Instructions:
Mash bananas with a fork, then mix in ground nuts, seeds, and honey. Roll into small balls with your hands, then roll then in coconut. Keep in the fridge and serve cold.
