Ingredients:
- 4 bananas
- 1 package chocolate or carob chips
- Crushed nuts or rice krispies
- 4-8 wooden popsicle sticks
Instructions:
Peel bananas. Insert a wooden stick into one end. Place in plastic wrap and freeze until firm. Melt chocolate or carob chips in a double-boiler (one pan placed over another pan full of boiling water), or in the microwave, stirring well. Place the crushed nuts or rice krispies on a plate. Remove the bananas from the freezer and Dip into the melted chocolate. Then roll them in the nuts or rice krispies. Place on a plate or cookie sheet and cover lightly with plastic wrap or foil. Refreeze until ready to eat. Makes 4 servings.
