Ingredients:
- 1 large banana
- 1/4 cup any kind of milk (soy, rice, etc.)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 6 slices of bread
- oil or cooking spray
Instructions:
Place all ingredients except bread and oil in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
Pour mixture into a shallow bowl or pan. Heat a frying pan with oil or cooking spray. Dip each piece of bread, coating both
sides. Cook each piece of bread on both sides, adding more oil to the pan between pieces. Eat!
