Ingredients:
- nori seaweed sheets
- warm, cooked white or brown rice
- peanut butter
- sliced apples
- raisins
- a little water

Lay out the nori seaweed and spread a thin layer of rice over it, leaving about 1 inch on either end. Spread peanut butter over the rice, then lay
apples and raisins on top in a straight line down the middle. Starting at one end, roll the seaweed tightly. When you get to the end,
wet the seaweed with your fingers dipped in water to make it stick. Slice the roll in 1/2 to 3/4-inch circles. Serve!

Chrys says, "This is a GREAT high protein snack. My son has me grate carrots, or for a dinner version use a paste from red lentils (yummy) or cooked sweet potatos and then add something crunchy for a taste treat."
