Ingredients:
2 16-ounce packages imitation meat (be careful, some brands may contain egg and/or dairy products), thawed
1 cup sugar
1 white onion
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
Dice onion. Pour sugar in the bottom of a pot and heat. When sugar begins to brown, add onion and allow to carmelize. Place thawed imitation meat in a meatloaf dish. Add sugar and onion mixture and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix. Add vegetable oil and mix. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
