Ingredients:

• 1 pkg. silken tofu
• 2/3 cup orange juice concentrate
• 1 sweet seedless orange, peeled and sectioned
• 2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Instructions:

Place ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Freeze and serve.
