Ingredients:
- 1 small onion, chopping
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp. soy margarine
- 2-3 tsp. sage
- 1 small can chopped or sliced mushrooms
- 14.5-oz. can of vegetable broth
- 14-oz. bag of cubed bread stuffing (seasoned if available)
Instructions:
Melt margarine in pan, add onions and celery. Cook until tender. Add sage and mushrooms. Put stuffing and broth in a bowl, and add veggies. Mix very well, mash bread together. Add extra water if needed. put in baking dish and cover. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Enjoy! Be creative and try different veggies or even fruit, like apples or cranberries.
