Ingredients:
- 1 mango, peeled and cut into cubes
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 12-15 strawberries, washed, and if large, halved

Freeze the fruit for at least 3-4 hours. Remove from freezer and blend at high speed until creamy. Serve immediately. Makes 4-6 servings.

Chrys says, "This is a YUMMY summer snack. I have been using all kinds of fruits for this. Also, for a twist, add some soy vanilla yogurt."
